I started my search in a rather broad area and narrowed it down. Although Mary knew I wouldn’t be happy in some of the areas I initially decided to look in, she was patient with me and showed me what was available. When I began to focus on the area I eventually bought in, she kept daily tabs on the new listings in my area and price range and helped me narrow down my choices based on the features most important to me. Mary was extremely professional and experienced. . What was particularly impressive was she was so proactive – she alerted us to issues and handled them before they became a problem. I also really liked the photos taken, especially the aerial photos of the house. Excellent agent. Was very interactive with us on suggestions to prep our home for sale. Everything from the large stuff (replace 11 year old carpet and painting) to the small stuff (suggested replacing the outlet covers to give it a nice new look with the new paint). Also helped us define a good price point to be able to move the house quickly to avoid 2 mortgages. Using her suggestions we were able to sell the house in 3 weeks.
